Shipping Information
For Customers within the US
We offer Free Shipping within the US with no minimum spend required. Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for orders within the US. Please note that certain items may be shipped separately due to varying availability or warehouse locations. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, rest assured you’ll receive tracking information for each package to keep you updated on its progress.
For International Customers
For our international customers, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times for international orders range between 10 to 30 business days, depending on your destination and the efficiency of local shipping services. While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
When shopping internationally, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional customs fees, which are determined by the regulations of your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer. SwagOverflow does not cover these fees, as they vary by location and are collected directly by your local customs authorities. We encourage you to check with your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges before placing your order.
Tracking Information
We know how important it is to stay updated on your order. All shipments will include detailed tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor its progress every step of the way. Whether you’re in the US or abroad, you can easily track your swag as it makes its way to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
At our heart, we are dedicated to providing you with products that you will love and cherish. As we create each product uniquely for you upon order, we want to ensure that every item meets your expectations.
Our Policy:
- Damaged Products & Manufacturing Errors: If your product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, rest assured, we are here to help! Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of product delivery. We kindly ask you to provide a clear photo of the issue by emailing us at support@swagoverflow.com. Upon review, we offer a free replacement or a refund for such cases.
- Refund Process: In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method. If your transaction was in a currency other than USD, the refund will be processed directly to your original payment source.
- Issues with Multiple Products: If you encounter a problem affecting multiple items with the same design, we may ask for an additional photo or video showing all affected items together. This helps us understand and address the issue more effectively.
Please Note:
- Wrong Size/Color & Change of Mind: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders where the wrong size or color was selected, or if there is a change of mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting.
- Unsuccessful Deliveries: If delivery is unsuccessful, you have the option to request a replacement at an additional charge or opt for a partial refund.
- Print Placement Tolerance: Please be aware there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations within this range are not considered defects.
